This is such a lovely place and the staff is more than friendly + speaks decent English. Communication is very easy. It has a beautiful garden and the restaurant is really nice too, even for vegetarians. It takes a while until you are in Sa Pa though, so it will always cost you a bit of money and time for taxi. They offer and Organise tours for you through the village too, which is lovely.
Laundry service was also great, payment per kilo and came back very quick.

The rooms are beautiful and you feel like you’re in a wooden tree home. In Winter it can get quite cold at the night but they have heat blankets, which was perfect. The room is not really good isolated, so you hear everything from downstairs / the restaurant / the kitchen and the other rooms, which can be quite loud. Under our room was the restaurant and somebody ordered a hot pot and ate directly under us, so all the smoke and smell went into our room and clothes, which was not so great. Also insects can get into your room easily.

But all in all we really enjoyed our stay and this place is definitely one to relaxe, to experience Hmong villages directly and to enjoy the beautiful valley in a very natural place. 💚

I arrived late in Sapa as my flight arrival from Hanoi was at 5:30pm, however host was very responsive and allowed me to check in late even if there was no longer a receptionist inside. They even instructed the driver to walked with me to the homestay accommodation coz'  it was already dark. The security was also nice as he handed me my key to my room.

In the morning, Huyen helped me to book for my car going to Fansipan. She speaks fluent English so it was not hard to communicate with her. She was kind and friendly and knows what to do.

Food for breakfast and dinner was also good. I loved the springroll and the Bahn Minh (don't know the spelling haha.) My other food for dinner was salty though but still nice since i like salty food.

On my second day, I requested if i can checked in late since I am going to the Dragon Bridge, which by the way takes almost an hour travel time. Huyen and Hung (i am not sure if that was Hung, but anyways...) they allowed me to leave my bag in my room and asked me to just whatsapp them in case I will be going back to the lodge, late. Since, I was still on tour, I just messaged them that they can take my bag and leave in downstair.

The other staff was also nice and kind. He allowed me to use the bathroom after I arrived.
